Sessions start at Druridge this Thursday. Meet at the Visitor Centre car park from 6:40pm, ready to swim at 7.
As in previous years, we’ll split into informal groups based on ability & goals. You’ll need to sign a disclosure form and complete up to date emergency contact details before you swim.
A few of us will be cycling beforehand – a good opportunity to get a quick blast on the flat(ish), fast 10-mile loop on the A1068. If you fancy this, meet at the Visitor Centre car park. Be ready to start riding at 6:00
