Summer Training (mid-May – mid-September):
- Monday nights – coached swimming at Willowburn. 7:45 for 8pm start, £1 coaching fee
- Tuesday nights – chain gang with Breeze Bikes, leaving the shop in Amble at 6:30pm
- Wednesday – swim session at Willowburn. 7:45 for 8pm start, £1 coaching fee
- Thursday – open water swim and run at Ladyburn Lake, Druridge Bay. 6:45 for 7pm
- Friday – swim lane available, 7-9am
- Saturday – 2 swim lanes available, 7-8pm
- Sunday – bike ride with Breeze Bikes, leaving Willowburn at 9am. 2 or 3 groups based on ability & goals
Winter Training (mid-September – mid-May):
- Monday nights – coached swimming at Willowburn. 7:45 for 8pm start, £1 coaching fee
- Tuesday nights – Breeze Bikes Turbolates session at Amble 7.00ll 9.00
- Wednesday – swim session at Willowburn. 7:45 for 8pm start, £1 coaching fee
- Thursday - Coached Spin session at the Willowburn 8.15-9.15pm
- Friday – swim lane available, 7-9am
- Saturday – 2 swim lanes available, 7-8pm
- Sunday – bike ride with Breeze Bikes, leaving Willowburn at 9am. 2 or 3 groups based on ability & goals
