Summer Training (mid-May – mid-September):

  • Monday nights – coached swimming at Willowburn.  7:45 for 8pm start, £1 coaching fee
  • Tuesday nights – chain gang with Breeze Bikes, leaving the shop in Amble at 6:30pm
  • Wednesday – swim session at Willowburn.  7:45 for 8pm start, £1 coaching fee
  • Thursday – open water swim and run at Ladyburn Lake, Druridge Bay.  6:45 for 7pm
  • Friday – swim lane available, 7-9am
  • Saturday – 2 swim lanes available, 7-8pm
  • Sunday – bike ride with Breeze Bikes, leaving Willowburn at 9am.  2 or 3 groups based on ability & goals

Winter Training (mid-September – mid-May):

  • Monday nights – coached swimming at Willowburn.  7:45 for 8pm start, £1 coaching fee
  • Tuesday nights – Breeze Bikes Turbolates session at Amble 7.00ll 9.00
  • Wednesday – swim session at Willowburn.  7:45 for 8pm start, £1 coaching fee
  • Thursday - Coached Spin session at the Willowburn 8.15-9.15pm
  • Friday – swim lane available, 7-9am
  • Saturday – 2 swim lanes available, 7-8pm
  • Sunday – bike ride with Breeze Bikes, leaving Willowburn at 9am.  2 or 3 groups based on ability & goals
