Summer Training (mid-May – mid-September):

  • Monday nights – coached swimming at Willowburn.  7:45 for 8pm start, £1 coaching fee
  • Tuesday nights – junior swim at Willowburn 8-9pm
  • Wednesday – junior brick session at the Homebase car park. 7-8pm
  • Wednesday – swim session at Willowburn.  7:45 for 8pm start, £1 coaching fee also running with Alnwick Harriers at Willowburn fom 7-8pm
  • Thursday – open water swim and run at Ladyburn Lake, Druridge Bay.  6:45 for 7pm
  • Friday – swim lane available, 7-9am
  • Saturday – Adult and Junior coached swim, 7-8pm
  • Sunday – bike ride with Alnwick Cycling Club leaving Willowburn at 9am.  2 or 3 groups based on ability & goals

Winter Training (mid-September – mid-May):

  • Monday nights – coached swimming at Willowburn.  7:45 for 8pm start, £1 coaching fee
  • Tuesday nights – Junior Coached swim at 8pm
  • Wednesday – swim session at Willowburn.  7:45 for 8pm start, £1 coaching fee also running with Alnwick Harriers at Willowburn from 7-8pm<\li>
  • Thursday – Senior Spin session in the Studio at Willowburn 7:30pm till 8:30pm. This can be done on either the center’s spin bikes or you can bring your own bike and turbo trainer. Sessions cost £4
  • Friday – swim lane available, 7-9am
  • Saturday – Junior cycling at Purple Aviation, Eshott 8-9am and Junior coached swim and Coached adult swim at Willowburn 7-8pm
  • Sunday – bike ride with Alnwick Cycling Club, leaving Willowburn at 9am.  2 or 3 groups based on ability & goals
