Hi Guys,
Just for your information I will be taking some drill sessions at Alnwick Harriers starting Wednesday 3rd February. The sessions are available to Tri Club members and Harriers.

Most of you will know what drill sessions are and how important they are to improve technique. They are run over short distances 25-50 meters with some jog recoveries. Good for experienced and novice athletes. Also if you are not a runner its a good way to get started.
